Resin, short for residue, is a dark, sticky substance that is created when weed is burned. Because this resin can still contain THC, smokers will often collect it from smoke pieces to re-smoke (or re-sin) with.
Cayea compares this substance to buboes: the large boil-like result of having the plague.

In many Indian religions, the third eye represents a better spiritual awareness through the ability of reaching higher consciousness. Often related to the pineal gland, the third eye is believed to gain enhancement through the use of mind-altering drugs (acid, weed, etc…)
