A common conspiracy theory surrounding the 9/11 attacks is that the Pentagon was not actually hit by American Airlines Flight 77 (see page 10 of The 9/11 Commission Report), but by a missile. This theory is suported by the fact that despite the building being the nation’s Department of Defense, the only video released of the happening are these few frames taken from a gas station’s security camera.
Cayea’s claiming that there is other video evidence that would prove it was in fact a missile, and not a plane that hit the Pentagon, but they have yet to be released to the public.
But seriously, you’re trying to tell me that the country’s Department of Defense doesn’t have any other surveillance cameras on the entire western side of their headquarters?
In the second line he is referencing a common phrase associated with renting VHS tapes (back when they were relevant.) After watching the flick, it was common courtesy to be kind and rewind the tape for the next person to rent it.
Cayea’s making a play on the phrase, saying he wants them to release the tapes, and he isn’t going to be very cordial about it.
