The cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed by the Atom Bomb on August 6th and 9th, respectively. The bombings convinced Japan to surrender which ended World War II.

As the post war rebuilding of Hiroshima began, the closest surviving building to the location of the blast’s epicenter was named the Atomic Dome, and was incorporated into the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.

To “break a leg” is an idiom which means to put on a good show, and “third leg” is a euphemism for his dick.

It’s a play on words as he wants to both “break a leg” in terms of success, and break his penis (his third leg) by fucking so much/hard.
