This is one of the deepest lines on the song, as Kanye pulls off an impressive Biblical allusion. The devil – who was evil – wears Prada, an expensive designer brand. Kanye is not as naked as Adam and Eve, but also not wearing just Prada. He is somewhere in between.

But more importantly, Kanye equates the devil to the materialism addressed earlier in the song. When Adam and Eve were still innocent and pure, they were naked (nada means “nothing” in Spanish and Portuguese). By saying that he’s somewhere in between he means that he’s not wholly materialistic, but also no choirboy either. He is not as evil as the devil, but also not as innocent as Adam and Eve. He has both in him.
