Kanye’s workout plan is so good that after using it, a regular girl might even be able to seduce what Kanye considers some of the wealthiest and most desirable men in America such as rappers or basketball players.
This line more likely pokes fun of the satirical target audience of the tape, namely single low class black women. (As made clear in the song’s introduction in the former track on the album). These are all stereotypical high profile jobs for black Americans, which is what someone with a prejudiced view on low class black communities would automatically assume is their all-encompassing view of successful black men. Kanye is no stranger to this kind of jokes. The song “New Slaves” off of the album Yeezus more or less centers around this racist view of black aspirations and desires, perhaps best encaptured with the line:
“What you want, a Bentley? Fur coat? A diamond chain?
All you blacks want all the same things”
