Curren$y is clarifying something here that didn’t need to be clarified in the first place, producing a rather cryptic but witty line. There are two famous media figures named Buffy, one of whom is a model, nicknamed “Buffy the Body,”

while the other, to whom he compares himself, is a fictional character named Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Since he does not actually mention their shared first name, around which the line is based, the listener is left to interpolate a little. At any rate, his reason for this comparison in the first place is that he deems Buffy the Vampire Slayer formidable, most likely for her fighting ability and intelligence.

His car is a hi-rise sedan on oversized “blade” rims.

They’re called this because they have far fewer spokes than usual, and, well, look like blades of some sort.

The last word of this line could also be “blazed”, referring to sitting “high”. This would be mixing 2 words into one (blazed/blades) in a similar way to this other Weezy line

The original commercial for Grey Poupon mustard. Like the gentleman from the ad, Weezy will appear from the back of a Rolls-Royce. However, Wayne will be holding a gun rather than a dish of roast beef.

Also, it’s clever because there is a reference to these commercials in the 1992 film Wayne’s World, in which the eponymous character pulls up and asks for some Grey Poupon.

Rick Ross is now a member of the “Bugatti Boyz,” a semi-official club in the rap world whose price of admission is $1.8 million, or the price of a brand-new Bugatti Veyron automobile.

While Ross and Diddy have capitalized on the trend and released several singles under the Bugatti Boyz moniker, other unofficial members of the club include T-Pain, Lil Wayne, and Birdman.

The Bugatti has a 7 speed DSG transmission (Direct Shift Gearbox) consisting of a duel clutch system, shifting faster then any transmission in the world; it can switch gears in around 8 milliseconds.

These lines are somewhat of a paradox. Sticky is reciting a self-improvement axiom – with the underlying message being to keep striving for improvement and not to let someone refuse your offer.

The line that follows is a pun on telling Sticky ‘no,’ which is suggestive of forced sex and/or violence. While he may deny others, he himself cannot be.
