Alison's Halo

Alison’s Halo is a band from Tempe, Arizona formed in October 1992. Their sound is associated with shoegaze and dream pop. They burst onto the scene by securing slots The Verve, Ultra Vivid Scene, Curve, Boo Radleys, Jimmy Eat World, Stereophonics, Medicine, Half String, Lovesliescrushing & Bailter Space and performed at several music festivals. The release of the Dozen 7" (IPR) and Eyedazzler CD (Burnt Hair) garnered them rave reviews and cult-like status.

They dubbed their Alesis SR-16 drum machine “Alison”.
