Asta Evelyn Binnie-Ireland is an Australian singer-songwriter from Tasmania. She rose to prominence in 2012 when her single “My Heart Is On Fire” won the Triple J Unearthed competition.

She has since released numerous singles including “I Need Answers”, “Escape”, and hits “Dynamite” with Adelaide rapper Allday, “Wild Emotion” and the funky “Shine”.

After the release of “Shine” in the November of 2016, she announced her debut EP of the same name. It was later released on February 17th, 2017 consisting of a mix of disco-pop and a electropop.
