Caramella Girls

About Caramella Girls

Swedish group Caramell went on indefinite hiatus in 2002 after the release of their second studio album, Supergott.

They were not completely gone, though. In 2008, Racheal Alicost, Lucky McSozzen and Karin Ellis formed Caramella Girls. They started off by releasing speedy mixes of Caramell’s Supergott album, but later began making original tracks. Perhaps their best known song is their speedy mix of “Caramelldansen”, which spawned a popular animation meme and dance move in the early 2010s.
