Hartwig Masuch alias Christian Schneider (born July 20, 1954, in Hagen, Westfalen, Germany) was the singer of the band “The Ramblers” which later gave birth to groups like “Nena” and “Extrabreit”. He has been regarded as a pioneer of the “Neue Deutsche Welle”.
