Dtrue was born on July 25th, 1998, and raised in Los Angeles, California. At an early age, he always had a deep passion for music (Hip-Hop/R&B), but early on his goal was always to play professional basketball as his long term career. After playing basketball in college for two years and a few months overseas, his love for basketball slowly began to fade away. As his hoop dreams came to an end, he quickly made the decision to pursue a music career. Despite his battle with his own personal demons, he worked hard to develop himself as an independent artist. All his music is kept under the common theme of giving hope to people who can relate to his music. To keep a long story short, his music is now heard by countless fans all around the world.
