Delegation

Ricky Balley, a native of Jamaica, founded Delegation in the United Kingdom in 1975.

First album ‘The Promise Of Love’ released in 1976. “Oh Honey” soared to #5 on the R&B chart in the States, and charted Pop. In 1979, Delegation released second album ‘Eau De Vie’. The group continued on with lesser success since member constantly changed since 1980.
