One of the four main characters of the hit animated series, South Park, Eric Cartman has occasionally been shown to enjoy singing in the series, made humorous by his odd speech, pronunciation, and accent, and by the fact that he believes himself to be an exceptional singer, when in fact he has many unpleasant voice cracks and sings out of key for the most part. Nevertheless, many of his original songs and covers are relatively popular, and contribute largely to the comedic factor of the show he stars in.
