Inklings

Inklings is a band from London, England.Formed in 2016, it consists of Kier Kemp, former singer and rhythm guitarist for FVK, and formerly Michael Lane, who still serves as a songwriter.

Soon after Kier left FVK and they announced their break up, he posted about working on some of his own music, which was announced to be Inklings and their first song Let It Out (released November 2016). Since Single Life, their music has consisted of an alternative pop, 80s-inspired sound.

They’re currently working on their debut EP.

They are inspired by the likes of Muse, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, The Used, and Fall Out Boy, covering genres such as alternative rock, emo, punk pop, pop, rock pop, and synth-pop.
