About J. B. Priestley

JB Priestley was an English playright and broadcaster, and a very well-known socialist writer. His most famous works include ‘An Inspector Calls’, and ‘The Good Companions’. He was born in Yorkshire (an industrial town similar to Brumley) in 1894 and died in 1984 from pneumonia.
