A favourite technique of hers is to retell well known tales, myths and folklore through the eyes of the lesser known narrator. Whether it’s Persephone insisting she chose to enter the underworld on her own accord [on “From Persephone”], or the witches of Salem claiming back their power [on “Same Old Energy”], she strives to transport the listener to another time and place.
