About Leddra Chapman

Anna Leddra Chapman, better known as Leddra Chapman, is an English singer-songwriter and musician. With an acclaimed solo album and a string of high-profile collaborations to her name, she best known for her high, soprano voice. Music Week magazine have described her as “filling a similar space to early Alanis Morissette and Joni Mitchell”.

A graduate of the London College of Music, Leddra rose to prominence when her debut single, ‘Story’, was released on 7 December 2009 to much critical success and strong radio support from Terry Wogan on BBC Radio 2 during his last months at the station. The track is taken from her debut album, Telling Tales, which was produced by Peter-John Vettese (Melanie C, Beverley Knight, M-People) and released for download on 29 November 2009. Her single ‘All About You’, from her second EP ‘The Crowds and Cocktails’, was BBC Radio 2’s single of the week and later added to the station’s B List. She has performed with Ed Sheeran, singing a duet with him on his EP Live at the Bedford and singing backing vocals on his releases Songs I Wrote with Amy and +. Also Leddra sang the chorus on the track ‘Tables Turn’ by r’n’b artist Redzz. She has also worked with' rapper Olly B and featured on one of his songs, ‘Enemy Lines’.

She released her second studio album named Fidelity & Grace in 2014. More recently, she has released The Third Love, a five-track-EP.
