L.G. Wise

About L.G. Wise

L.G. Wise was born when his mother was 14 and raised by his grandmother. After being abandoned by his father at the age of 2, L.G. grew up feeling rejected by his parents and turned to the streets. He was accepted by a notorious drug family that included Christopher Wallace who became known as the Notorious B.I.G.

By age 11, L.G. Wise was carrying guns and transporting drugs. After many juvenile offenses, he was facing 25 years to life at Riker’s Island Penitentiary at 18-years-old.

At his lowest point in life in a cell block, L.G. Wise cried out to God to get him out of his situation and he would follow Him. God answered his prayer when L.G. Wise was granted time served and was free to go.

L.G. Wise is now an international rap artist and motivational speaker in schools and prisons.
