Mileena

Mileena Trinidad Sobreira-Yousufy, known mononymously as Mileena, is an R&B singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada. She began making and releasing music on SoundCloud in 2016. She has released a string of free projects since then on that platform, and released her debut LP, self-titled, on February 24, 2023.

Mileena writes and makes music from the comfort of her own bedroom; she enjoys the relaxing atmosphere that exists in home studios and prefers to work with friends in the comfort of their own homes if not her own. Her music carries hints of the 90s neo-soul r&b and boom-bap she listened to as a kid as well as the indie and more alternative pop music she’s grown to love in her early adulthood. She’s been recording and releasing music independently since she began her journey in 2016 and is gearing up for the release of her first full-length project, self-titled Mileena, which officially drops Friday, February 24th.
