MPC Cartel is a production duo consisting of 777Cartel and BLVVKROSEMUSIC. They have mostly worked with Atlanta-based rappers such as Soulja Boy, Rich the Kid, and OJ da Juiceman, but they have also worked with rappers outside of the South such as Fredo Santana.
