Paul Chambers

About Paul Chambers

Paul Chambers is possibly the most influential bass player in the history of jazz. Taking part in the recording of legendary albums such as Kind of Blue, Milestones, Blue Train and Giant Steps, Mr. P.C. as he was often called, helped pave the way to contrabass as a solo instrument in styles such as bebop, modal jazz and fusion.
