PIERRE XO

Pierre Tran, known as PIERRE XO, is an American well-rounded artist in music, paint, dance, performance, modeling, theatre and content creator.

PIERRE was born in Los Angeles, California, but is currently based in Europe, having moved there in the summer of 2018, and explained why on a video on YouTube.

The first release was the single “disappear” in March of 2017, however, a music video for the track did not appear until May that year.

Currently, PIERRE makes videos online on their channel on YouTube while creating music at the same time.

Reminiscent of 80’s dark wave in combination with heavier, shoegaze-distorted guitar & electro-pop esque production, pierre XO combines the likes of The Cure, Depeche mode, Joy Division, along with the contemporary aesthetic of bands like Crystal Castles, Phantogram, the Killers, & Interpol.
