Sunbathers are an American indie rock/pop band that formed in the fall of 2013 in Washington, D.C. Currently based out of Baltimore, the band’s music has received regular airplay on local radio (with station WTMD recognizing the band with a “Top 89 Songs of 2016” award) and has been featured on multiple official Spotify playlists. In 2017, Spinnin’ Records released a remix of an early version of their song ‘Intimacy’ by Belgian melodic house act Curtis Alto and the band made their festival debut at Firefly Music Festival in 2018. In 2019, Sunbathers released companion EPs ‘A Heat Wave’ and ‘The Pool Party’ and follow-up single ‘Summer in the City’.
