The Spits is an American punk band formed in Michigan, 1993, later relocating to Seattlem featuring band members Sean & Erin Wood, Wayne Draves, Erik Nervous, and Broose Young,

The Spits describe themselves as “Punk for the People,” focusing on loud, noisy, and dirty punk rock. On stage, band members frequently appear in costumes and focus on the lo-fi aspects of garage punk.
