Thea (born Thea Morgan-Murell, August 16, 1997) is a British singer-songwriter from London, England. Thea attended the BRIT School, a prestigious performing arts school based in South London.

Thea began releasing music in 2018, when she dropped singles Grandfather Clock and So Simple.

On 27 November 2020, Thea released her debut mini album, Land of Nod supported by a series of droplet singles, such as Soon Enough, Twentytwo and A Little Time on Me.

She is the former girlfriend Rex Orange County, dating from October 2015 until the mid-2020, and was the inspiration behind Rex Orange County’s 2017 album, Apricot Princess, as well as the 2017 hit single “Sunflower”. Thea has uncredited appearances on two of his tracks, “Sycamore Girl” from Apricot Princess and “Never Had the Balls” from the 2019 album Pony.
