Thugnificent, born Otis Jenkins, is a rapper from Terra-Belle, Georgia. After creating smash anthems such as Stomp em in the Nutz, Booty Butt Cheeks, and Eff Grandad, Thugnificent moved to Woodcrest and began to work on his debut album, Rags to Bitches.
