forestwlkr is a producer, rapper, and artist who founded the “forestgng”, which includes negreto, 44yotta, and spunk.

forestwlkr started out making music ironically with his friends with a very distorted sound he deemed “agroplugg.” He released the first ever forest tape with features from 44yotta, and reto. After songs like “Griddy” and “FUCKAROUND”, forestwlkr made the second forest tapes with more songs in the same style, just in a more evolved and serious manner.

Around the time the third forest tape came out, forestwlkr was getting serious about his music. He started off by releasing “all i want for xmas is a goth bitch.” He also released a tape called “real forest music” which contained a song named “yodieland” which put him on the map as an artist to be taken seriously. After the release of real forest music, he released ##EMPYREFIEND, which was a build up to his mixtape. Before that mixtape, he did a joint tape with negreto named “xenmas.”

forestwlkr’s first mixtape “forest walks” released 2/24/23, with songs like “move on” and “four days”, shows forestwlkrs at a peak, quality and stats wise. After forest walks he released the single ##B4DESIRES.

after collaborating with high cloud records (and leaving high cloud records), he released “desires” with features from negreto and 44yotta as always, it came out to a unbias response (this was due to the songs being a bit older, a b-sides of forest walks.)

forestwlkr wanted new music as soon as possible after the release of “desires”. he wanted to create something better than he ever has, so he decided to get serious on mixing for “isolation”. a 6 song ep that released 10/13/23 with features from the usual people, but unlike deisres, this was the best he’s ever sounded. songs like “katana”, and “ion get it” are easily his best.

on 11/17/23, forestwlkr dropped #newagain, his second joint tape and first with 44yotta. it’s aesthetic being popular teen sitcom iCarly, and overall style switch was very attractive to some, causing massive stream increases on soundcloud.

on 2/10/24, forestwlkr announced “my father’s son.” a mixtape executive produced by ryzon.
