For me, I would say that it would be Kendrick Lamar. I love his stuff. Or the Pro Era stuff |

I love Kendrick, but you can’t list him yet. Too early in his career. My choice would be Kanye. All 5 albums I have loved, even though 808s was a low. Hopefully he’ll have more to come.

I’d say Outkast and Kanye. Depends how cool you are w/ 808s and Idlewild. Also, Biggie and Dr. Dre, although theirs are small discographies. |

agree with everyone who says kanye west but sometimes its because of the sounds and beats over the actual rapping itself |

@Jeto Album that I have studied. Pieces of a Man is nice stuff. Great lyrics. 9 Lives is solid with a few real bangers and all good lyrics. Aziatic is close to Hip-Hop classic. The other are albums that I haven’t studied but that is only because I am getting older and studying a wider range of music. Also as a Christian I took a break from music about killing, drug, etc. With that said, The Format had some nice heat there and a few head bangers. Plus a burial of 50 Cent with “Crown Royal”. The rest I have heard a few song more or less. He stays in his lane cranking out the bars. If you have to cop one of his album after Doe or Die it is Aziatic…no question.

Nothing in Bronson’s catalogue is weak The fact that I ain’t seen Mac Dre on here is just a tragedy yo…the man has something like 16 solo albums, hella compilations under his name full of good Bay Area muhfuckas, and probably another 10 collaboration albums, and none of it is weak. Stop sleepin' |
