First and foremost, my trademark music name is josh cannabis sativa™. Forget any capitalization you see on it anywhere; that just happens because the Internet hasn’t figured me out yet even though I’ve been telling it what to do for over 20 years. That’s the name I’ve used since even before I first gained popularity on MySpace back in the day, way before Justin Timberlake bought it and everything changed…

I’ve always had a love for poetry and music, and the world first got a taste of my art as a poet when I was a young man just finishing high school. It wasn’t until a few years or so later until I first started putting my poetry to music as a rap artist in my hometown of Sioux City, Iowa. Those who know me best know I’m a pretty chill dude and I’d rather stay that way, but as anyone can tell by my rhymes, anyone who gets on my bad side will see a violent, twisted mother fucker in the end.
