I just want to put this finding in there, when i was doodling the letters FNL2 on my notebooks in class with a sharpie, i flipped it over and the word evil was spelled [FNL2] the “FNL” spelled backwards in handwriting spells evil. And this is his second album. Just food for thought.

“Power is a drug and they feed the addiction”, a reference to the war on drugs where the CIA has been caught smuggling in drugs, selling, and catching those who buy. Essentially turning drugs into a gov’t business, like wise for arms. Gov'ts are hungry for/off war and these arms dealers are here to satisfy their needs.
