Another triple entendre from Hov? The leader of the infamous gang Supreme Team, Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff also has green eyes. Supreme Team is mentioned in the previous line.

Literary furtherance! In his play ‘Othello’, 1604, Shakespeare describes jealousy itself as “The green-eyed monster”, referencing his 1596 play, ‘The Merchant of Venice’, in which Portia mentions the passion of “Green-eyed jealousy”.
This suggests that Jay is accusing himself and all of his clique of having the trait of jealousy, which in this context (especially when juxtaposed with the reference to the colour of U.S. bank notes) expresses itself as greed, and specifically greed for cold, hard cash.
In Shakespeare’s ‘The Merchant of Venice’, Portia mentions “Green-eyed jealousy” in a list of thoughts and emotions that dissipate in the presence of love, a far more powerful force. This could mean that Jay is here implying that he has no love.
