Now what you crying for?
She says you ain't gon' settle down, what you lyin' for?

from J. Cole (Ft. Jhene Aiko) – Sparks Will Fly Lyrics on Rap Genius

Meaning

He asks, and he receives. She’s crying because she thinks that he’s lying and leading her on, instead of committing for real.

The second phrase sounds like its “line four”. In this way he is saying that he is lying about line four which is “Funny though I am perfect for you”. The part where he says lyin' also refers to the previous line when he says she works at the zoo, with wordplay, hence lyin/lion.
