Staned up, man up, get a handle on yourself tighten your belt
A play on words. Paralleling his words with someone’s first time driving a car, KRIT is telling his kids to “handle” on themselves, people have to “handle” the wheel while driving and “fasten their seatbelts” (wearing it is a matter of life and death during a lot of accidents). All of those to make sure that the kids have a safe future (or a safe trip), which is what KRIT wants after all.
