“Ever-ever” is a reference to the hook of “Diamonds from Sierra Leone”.
He is implying that he is about to “kill” the other rappers on this song (or just in general).
Also note he used a similar opening in his verse on Chris Brown’s Down (which coincidentally was followed on Brown’s Exclusive by another song called Forever). “Mr West is in the building, Children, Ladies”
