(If you wanna get technical, Idaho does have beaches on lakes, and there are houses on those beaches, but those are usually referred to as LAKE houses. “Beach house” generally implies oceanfront property.)

The line is one of the many blatant lies Frank Ocean is telling to this person in this verse; not to mention a lie that will show whether or not someone is gullible. If she’s stupid enough to not realize that he loves her, she’s stupid enough to buy a beach house where there clearly are no beaches.
