Jay-Z is saying that people should be able to conclude from his “all black everything” dress code that he’s anti-black on black violence. He’s fighting for the black man to progress but their actions are only making it harder for him (increasing his stressload).

Note that while “all black everything” is a Jay-Z original, Lupe twisted it around and gave it a political meaning on his track of the same name off Lasers; here, Jay-Z reclaims his line while keeping the political tincture Lupe gave it.
