In “Hammer dance” Joe Budden rhymes “Fuck with Chase, but the real bank is the mattress.” Joe also threw in a diss at Drake on that song. This is Wayne’s response to this, saying that if Budden fucks with Chase that means he won’t. Besides, Chase just lost 2 billion so that’s probably a good idea anyway.
