It’s not a lame excuse of a competitive sport seeing as how it’s more physically demanding than the majority of professional sports. Boxing is more rigged!

However, basketball is awesome. But you said you were a Lakers fan. What better way to blaze through your terrible season than to kill the time with great performances in and outside of the squared circle?

In your previous “reply” you mention that you were a 90s kid. Pro-wrestling’s peak was in the 90s. I don’t understand why you were deprived of the incredible entertainment that it provided to an entire generation.

OK, IDK why the quotation marks, but the short answer is my folks didn’t let me watch it as a kid. And as I grew up I knew wrestling was fake, and I didn’t learn that WWE had these intricate storylines and incredible performances until I was well into my late teens. By that point it was simply too massive and too grand a work for me to immerse myself in.

Also, as I understand it there’s some frequency in the need for PPV purchasing and if being a boxing fan has taught me one thing it’s that the PPV system is bullshit.

Most people don’t know that he had a run in the WCW after his injury from WWE, from like 1999-2003. But those were obviously the shit years for them.

And another thing people don’t remember is that he was on schedule to wrestle Taker for the belt before one of his various injuries. He was also the first black Intercontinental champ.
