In this verse the word “high” has two meanings. It literally means that STEEZ was high on marijuana and that he had a very high IQ. This verse has two meanings:
1) STEEZ made the smartest kids(Einsteins and wise guys) look stupid in high school and after (since high school) because he was so much smarter (my IQ has been sky high).
2) STEEZ made the Einsteins and wise guys who say weed has negative effects on a person’s IQ look stupid because he has literally been high on weed and had a very high IQ
Note the wordplay in this line since the movie Sky High was about a high school for kids with super powers. Also, the school was located above the clouds.
