Mustaine says he’s willing to change his lifestyle, but it never works out. Moreover, in 1986 towards the fall of the USSR and while socialism still sprung up in many countries the US government opposed, these two systems fought and labeled each other as evil. In reality, the people in both of these systems always end up struggling, so Mustaine says that he doesn’t care what alternative you’re offering, it just better actually work, as opposed to all the lies and corruption seen in both systems.

Joey’s projects are constantly in a state of commotion, so the people living there (tenants) are always up in a fuss. “Cracking a Serena” means Joey is sleeping with a girl with a similar physique as the shapely Serena Williams. He already showed his appreciation for Venus Williams, now he’s on to someone that looks like her younger sister.

“Tenants racket” also sounds a lot like tennis racket, which is what Serena uses to play with.
