Umse, 1983 geboren in Ratingen, kam vom Punk-Rock und Crossover schließlich zum Hip-Hop. 2005 erschien die seine erste EP Smart und Weise. 2008 erschien das erste Album Rheinisches Blatt. Die höchste Chartplatzierung erreichte Umse mit Hawaiianischer Schnee (2015) von Platz 16.
