This is a reference to Bruh Man, a character from 90’s TV show, Martin. Bruh Man lived on the 5th Floor of Martin’s building and every time he introduced himself, he’d say “Bruh Man, from the 5th floor,” while holding up four fingers instead of 5 (he was kind of slow). Capital STEEZ isn’t from the 5th floor though, he’s from the 5th dimension.
