That's our cosa nostra
“Cosa Nostra” refers to the Sicilian Mafia. Translated to English, it means “Our Thing.” In a 1963 testimony, Joseph Valachi became the first mafia member to actually acknowledge the existence of the mafia. He also referred to the mafia as Cosa Nostra, making it a household name.
The way he pronounces it, “cosa nostra” also sounds like “cAsa nostra”, which is italian for “that’s our house”. This connects with the line above.
Kanye believes that he is on a very close level to God and Jesus, thus he considers his music something that is made by not only himself but God/Jesus as well. His music is a divine “Cosa Nostra.”
Within Cosa Nostra or the Mafia, everyone knows that the most high is the Godfather. This one liner actually brilliantly further continues themes of religion and divinity. Following the previous line, “My house is Your house” means that it would be “Our house” — change “Cosa Nostra” by one letter and it would be “Our house.” But, at the very same time, he references the hierarchy of the caporegime in which the ultimate boss (God) is the Godfather: the father of lesser gods like Kanye, the ultimate boss.
