Weezy often calls himself “Weezy F Baby” but always changes what the “F” stands for (I’m guessing it’s actually “Francis”)

“F is for Forensics” is a song by underground metal/rock band The Bled; Weezy had it on his mind because the rock band Fall Out Boy (which collaborated with him on Rebirth, his rock album) is deeply influenced by The Bled.

A very little-known definition of Forensics is: the art or study of argumentative discourse; There are actually many leagues around the country that debate in Dramatic Interpretation or Public Speaking called the Interscholastic Forensics Association.

I’m pretty sure Wayne is talking about the “F” standing for his art of argumentative discourse.
