[Bridge] So, show me love You've got your hands on the button now Sure enough You've got your hand on the button now I'd rather die, I'd rather die Than to be with you
[Chorus] Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, (Than to be with you) ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, (I'd rather die) ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, (I'd rather die) ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, (I'd rather die) ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, (I'd rather die) ooh Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh

When I’m Small is the second track on the Phantogram album, Eyelid Movies. It tells the story of an abused woman and her inner conflict concerning her abusive partner. The music video reinforces the idea through imagery. The woman is visibly repressed by and silently scared of her partner. Her partner is emotionless, his abusiveness hidden. Only the woman’s outbursts are seen, painting her in a negative light to the public.
