"These zooted brown weirdos is wildin'... but they can really rap!"
They seem to be at highest technical proficiency on this track, though it should have been clear from their earliest work (e.g. “Shorty Said,” which rhymed “Shorty said I look like Devendra Banhart/Shorty said I look like that dude from Japan’s art/You know, that dude who did the Kanye album cover?/Shorty said I look just like Egyptian Lover”) that they could really freestyle
The first part “zooted brown weirdos” is a reference to the zoot suits popularized by blacks during the 1920s and 30s. The long coat, high waisted pants look was originally popular in Harlem, and have come to symbolize racial tensions after the 1943 Zoot Suit Riots.
Also, a zoot is a big, conical joint. Das Racist are zooted in the sense that they smoke a lot of zoots.
