“LAX” is the 10th track on “Tha Blue Carpet Treatment. Not a very popular song from this album, however it features Ice Cube. Like many other songs by Snoop Dogg, "LAX” is about his hometown, Los Angeles. The main theme of this songs comes from a track by The Notorious B.I.G called “Going Back to Cali”. “LAX.” also contains a sample of “More Bounce to the Ounce” by Zapp, which Snoop Dogg already used once in one of his earlier album cut, in “Snoop Bounce” from Tha Doggfather.
