“Goldmine” is track 9 on Busta Rhymes' 7th studio album The Big Bang, and features legendary rapper Raekwon, of the Wu-Tang Clan. The song is yet another on the album which deals in the subject of drugs and street life, and another to feature a piano-based beat, this one produced by Erick Sermon and Dr. Dre.
This was not the first time Raekwon had lent his hand to a Busta Rhymes album – he previously featured on “The Heist”, from Anarchy, which also featured Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan, and Roc Marciano of the Flipmode Squad.
