Ichabod Crane with that motherfucking top off
Lupe Fiasco used an Ichabod line in his song, too
PUSHA: “Ichabod” is not the headless horseman! Calling your convertible an “Ichabod” makes no sense! (call it a “Sleepy Hollow”, maybe…) Just because you take the tops off of convertibles doesn’t mean you can bastardize classic works in the American Literature canon.
In the short story “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” by Washington Irving, when the townies go looking for Ichabod all they find is his hat and his horse, but no Ichabod. Near the end of the bridge was also a smashed pumpkin… It’s all open to interpretation, but at no point does Ichabod lose his noggin.
