She's well put together like a piece by Gershwin
B.o.B uses a simile to compare the beauty of his Dominican broad’s body to the beauty of the music of George Gershwin, an early 1900s American composer and pianist.
Ironically, there is controversy regarding how often Gershwin put his pieces together when translating them into orchestral form. No one doubts his composition of the melodies, but he sometimes had others orchestrate for him. (Read a scholarly exploration of that controversy here.)
One of his best-known pieces is “An American in Paris” (1928). Coincidence that he mentions that he’s “in the middle of Paris”?
